XP Icons for Total Commander

Adding XP style Icons for Total Commander...
They were designed to replace actual Total Commander icons, after the launch of Windows XP.
Unfortunately, it was an space problem, the program still must fit on an single floppy disk. It was an attempt to post them as plugin on Total Commander Site, but they were never released. So, I decided to post them now, for those interested, even if today there are an lot of icons for it on the internet.
