IrfanView is a fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP.

New by Eiffel :

- Modified .ini file to permit the use of Plugins.
Changed the way the files are copied. Now all the Files folder is copied.
- Added registry entry to use with Sherpya's XPE Plugin.

Install IrfanView, and the IrfanView Plugins ( same version ). Run it and configure it your way. Copy the installed folders ( Html, Languages - if needed, and Plugins ) and the files into the plugin\irfanview\Files directory. There is no need to copy the .txt files, or the uninstaler.
